Sennie

 Sennie passed on Saturday after 16 years of enthusiastic life.  She was a gentle and joyful spirit.  This was, of course, very difficult for Steph, Cass and me.  Reminders of her are all around us.  We're very appreciative of the love and support that have been coming from  everyone.  Most of you have probably seen the post that Steph put on her blog, but if not, you can link to it at the bottom of this blog.   

The pictures attached here were taken this summer.  It turns out that Cass, in her experimental camera play, has provided a digital memory of Sen that we might have otherwise missed.  It makes you stop and consider the power of a child's eye of what is important and worth photographing.  So now Cass has my camera and will be encouraged to keep taking pictures of everything that she thinks is worth recording.
